What to expect:
1. Start Together – Young families and seniors will enjoy a friendly 10-20 minute walk side by side.
2. For those with extra energy – continue on for another 10-20 minutes of walking.
3. Gather together – everyone will meet back at the Seniors Centre to share refreshments and conversation.
