The Emo Public Library is located overlooking the Emo Lion's Park on the Beautiful Rainy River

 The Library acknowledges the Ontario Trillium Foundation for the grant that provided the Library with new windows and air conditioning in 2004 and also New Shelving in 2006/2007.

The Emo Public Library is a CAP site. Community Internet Access is provided in co-operation with the Ontario Ministry of Culture, Heritage and Libraries and Industry Canada.
